Across Hemel 2012 will be a week long event held to coincide with the start of the 2012 Games. Activities will run from Sunday 22nd July to Sunday 29th July 2012.

Saturday 21st July: Set up and prayer
Sunday 22nd July: Joint Church Service on Gadebridge Park followed by Picnic, Fun Run and Men’s Event
Monday 23rd July: The Hub on Gadebridge Park from 10.00am (including cafe and children’s activities), Holiday Bible Clubs for children (morning), Youth Event (afternoon and evening)
Tuesday 24th July: The Hub on Gadebridge Park from 10.00am (including cafe and children’s activities), Holiday Bible Clubs for children (morning), Older Person’s (70+) Event (afternoon), Debate (evening)
Wednesday 25th July: The Hub on Gadebridge Park from 10.00am (including cafe and children’s activities), Holiday Bible Clubs for children (morning), Event for people with disabilities (afternoon), Quiz night (evening)
Thursday 26th July: The Hub on Gadebridge Park from 10.00am (including cafe and children’s activities), Children’s Sport’s Day & Praise Party (afternoon), Music and Laughter (comedian & Dan Shiells, evening)
Friday 27th July: The Hub, Opening Ceremony of Olympics on massive screen in the park (afternoon & evening)
Saturday 28th July: Family Fun Day (afternoon)
Sunday 29th July: Picnic Lunch followed by Praise in the Park with guest speaker Andy Frost

Throughout the week, various churches will also be involved in Social Action Projects in their local communities
